Revival Tea Academy: Rooibos Berry

Revival Tea Academy: Rooibos Berry - Revival Tea Company

tea. As an herbal it has no caffeine. This is a fruit medley that has rose hips, cranberries, elderberries, hibiscus and Rooibos. The Rooibos gives it a little bit of that natural sweetness.
To make a cup we’ll take one teaspoon of Rooibos Berry per eight ounces of water. If you’re using a tea bag that will suffice as well. Next we’ll take 212 degree water, or water to a boil, and pour it over our tea leaves. Next we’ll set a timer for 4 minutes, after 4 minutes we’ll pour this over our hand mesh strainer. If you’re using a tea bag or t-ball now would be the time to remove those.
Taking a sip, the first thing you taste is that tartness. The tartness comes through from the hibiscus; if you add sugar to this it tastes like straight juice. A lot of people compare this tea and our Wild Berry Hibiscus tea to a merlot or a red wine of teas and we don’t think they’re wrong! That’s our Rooibos Berry tea, available here in loose leaf and in tea bags.
Cheers,
Revival Tea Academy
