This month we have a really fun and unique drink that we’re featuring!! Using our Sticky Rice Puerh and our Coconut Assam Tea, we created a refreshing take on an iced tea latte! It is also super simple to make at home too. Below we have attached our recipe!

Coconut Sticky Rice Latte Recipe:
-Add 2 tsp of Coconut Assam in a large beaker
-Then add 1 sticky rice puerh puck into the beaker as well (make sure to unwrap it!)
-Fill with 200* water to the 100ml line and steep for 5 min.
-Cool with ice and fill with cold water to the 350 ml line
-Fill large shaker with ice 75%
-Add 1 oz. of simple syrup
-Strain tea over shaker then top with a splash of oat milk
-Shake, serve, and enjoy!
