a very robust cup that we take two types of lemon and two types of mint: lemon verbena, lemon balm, peppermint and spearmint. A fun fact about peppermint is that Washington and Oregon, right up here in the great Northwest, grow over 90% of the world's peppermint. Peppermint that you'll find right here in our cup. To make a cup first we will take one teaspoon of Lemon Mint tea per eight ounces of water, if you're using a tea bag that will suffice as well. Then we will take 212 degree water, or water to a boil, and pour it over our tea leaves. Now set a timer for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes we will pour it over our hand mesh strainer. If you're using a tea bag or tea ball now would be the time to remove those. When you take a sip there's a lot going on there, you got two types of lemon: lemon balm and lemon verbena. Two types of mint: and peppermint and spearmint. And they all really come together. It is a very bold, very robust cup. Our straight peppermint is a lot fresher tasting almost light.
