Lavender Matcha Recipe

Lavender Matcha Latte (Hot)

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ tsp premium grade Matcha
• A splash of 175°F water
• 1 tsp lavender
• 350 ml steamed milk
• 1.5 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

1. Begin by measuring out 1 ½ tsp of our finest premium grade Matcha into a large beaker.
2. Add a splash of 175°F water to the Matcha and gently froth until a smooth consistency is achieved.
3. Infuse the Matcha with 1 tsp of lavender, adding an aromatic touch to the blend.
4. Top up the mixture with 175°F water until you reach a total volume of 350 ml
5. Pour 1.5 oz of simple syrup into your favorite cup
6. Strain the infused tea into the cup
7. Finish by topping your Lavender Matcha Latte with steamed milk and a sprinkle of lavender petals, adding a touch of elegance to your beverage.

Lavender Matcha Latte (Iced)

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ tsp premium grade Matcha
• 1 tsp lavender
• 100 ml 175°F water
• 2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz milk
• Ice cubes
• Cold water

Instructions:

1. In a large beaker, combine 1 ½ tsp of premium grade Matcha with 1 tsp of lavender, allowing the aromas to mingle.
2. Pour 175°F water into the beaker until it reaches 100 ml, then froth the mixture to perfection and let it steep for 3 minutes.
3. Prepare a large shaker and fill it generously with ice cubes.
4. Add 2 oz of simple syrup and 2 oz of milk to the shaker
5. Cool the steeped Matcha tea by adding a touch of ice, then fill the beaker with cold water until you reach a total volume of 300 ml
6. Strain the chilled tea into the shaker
7. Shake vigorously until all the ingredients are perfectly blended and frothy
8. Pour your Lavender Matcha Latte into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve immediately
